Refund & Return Policy

At CandeeZ Royal Tees, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before ordering.

What we do cover: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crobinson@candeezroyaltees.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Order cancellations: Need to cancel? You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel.
