What does "made-to-order" mean?

Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This means we don't carry pre-made inventory — your order is unique to you, which is why we're unable to accept returns for sizing or buyer's remorse.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then shipped via standard delivery (5–7 business days within the US). Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from order date.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We've got you! Report any damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery by emailing crobinson@candeezroyaltees.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel.
